Cheval Point is a new subdivision located on River Road just southwest of the BREC Farr Park Equestrian Center in Baton Rouge, LA. It will consist of 172 homes across 58 acres upon completion. Its location places residents conveniently near Interstate-10, the LSU campus, downtown Baton Rouge, and a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Across the street, Cheval Point residents will have quick access to the Mississippi River levee and its walking, running, and biking trail.
Homes in Cheval Point will have a minimum square footage of about 2000 and home prices will be in the high $300,000s into the $400,000s range.
