Bellegrove Square is a new subdivision being developed in South Baton Rouge at the corner of Bluebonnet Blvd and Burbank Dr. This mixed-use development will consist of approximately 117 single family homes as well as commercial buildings. The developers began clearing land for Bellegrove Square in November of 2020 and homes are expected to start selling mid to late 2021 in the $250,000 - $275,000 range. 

Bellegrove Square is conveniently located near endless shopping, dining, and entertainment options, including Perkins Rowe and the Mall of Louisiana. The new subdivision will also be only a short drive from LSU's campus.
