Overton Walk neighborhood and subdivision information
Overton Walk is a new high-end subdivision being developed by Onsite Design. The subdivision, located off of Old Hammond Hwy between Tara Blvd and Brentwood Dr in Baton Rouge, will feature 17 home sites across 3.17 acres of land. Home sizes are expected to start at 1500 square feet with home prices estimated to start in the mid $300k range.
The location of Overton Walk subdivision places its homeowners only a short drive away from medical services, Louisiana State University, Towne Center shopping and restaurants, entertainment, and downtown Baton Rouge. The subdivision's location is depicted in the map image below.
