Township at Old Goodwood is a new subdivision being developed by Onsite Design in Baton Rouge, LA. Lot sizes are expected to be between 5300-9000 square feet with homes ranging from 2000-4000 square feet. The Small Planned Unit Development (SPUD) will consist of a pedestrian-friendly single street of 8 homes and open space to encourage community get-togethers. Township at Old Goodwood is conveniently located in walking distance from Towne Center at Cedar Lodge shopping and restaurants, the new East Baton Rouge Parish Main Library, and Independence Park, and is only a short drive from downtown Baton Rouge, Louisiana State University, the Baton Rouge Country Club, and local medical services.

Township at Old Goodwood is located off of Lobdell Ave between Goodwood Blvd and Jefferson Hwy. Its exact location is depicted in the image below.
