Sam has been married to his wife, Laura, for 29 years. She is his right hand partner who assists with both real estate and construction. Sam and Laura have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. His oldest son is a firefighter who also owns his own business and his wife is a nurse, his second son works as a construction consultant, and his daughter is working on her MBA in Business Administration at SELU.

Sam and Laura have lived in Louisiana all of their lives and have raised their children and been a part of the community in growing Ascension parish for over 23 years now.
