The Hollows of Dutchtown subdivision is located off of HWY 73 in Ascension Parish. Amenities in this new subdivision, located in Prairieville, will include lake front properties, 3 lakes, a community pool, walking trail, and sidewalks. The new subdivision will provide approximately 200 new houses for sale in the city of Prairieville. These new construction homes will be 2200 square feet and above.
