In the graph below, you can see how Ascension, East Baton Rouge, Iberville, Livingston, and West Baton Rouge compare to each other and the entire Greater Baton Rouge Area in the average days on the market of homes sold. You can send the trend of the days on the market for each quarter of 2017 as well as the first quarter of this year. The average amount of days for a home to sell in the region decreased in the third quarter of 2017 (July-September). We will keep an eye on the trend over the next few months to see how it compares to 2017, so keep an eye out for our future weekly roundups!
